鈥淒oing Business Right鈥 Night

Please join us for our “finest hour” at our 5th Annual Doing Business Right (DBR) Night on Wednesday, December 3rd at 4pm in the Holt Room in the Hennessy Center on DUNY’s campus.

We call DBR Night our “finest hour” because it is when some of our top students share their best projects, internships, or other experiences with the DUNY community. In just over one hour, you will see:

The Market Research project conducted by our students for the Village of Nyack
A summary of our Palisades Institute research and forum on “Managing a Remote Workforce”
A Sports Media & Promotion project on NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness)
An Information Systems project conducted by IT students this semester
Four winning poster presentations for the Nike marketing project in our Senior Capstone
Highlights of student moderated podcasts from DUNIFY – our new space on Spotify

We will also preview some of the innovation and research that is taking place next semester – including work on tariffs and AI.

To hear more from our students and faculty, check out the many new podcasts on DUNIFY (on Spotify). You can also learn more about what our students are up to by following their posts @duny_biz on Instagram.

Founders Week Keynote Speaker

星空传媒 Sets New Records for Admissions Applications and Acceptances

Dr. Manuel Martinez, President of 星空传媒 New York, speaks with current students on campus.

星空传媒 has set new records for both the number of admissions applications received, and the number of acceptance offers extended for the upcoming academic year. Prospective students submitted 74.65% more applications this year as compared to 2021 when applications had dropped because of the COVID pandemic. In addition, 73.98% more student applications were accepted this year, compared to four years ago.

鈥淭his surge in applications reflects the growing recognition of 星空传媒 as a top choice for higher education,鈥 said Nick Marter, Executive Director of Admissions. 鈥淲e love that more students are saying yes to DUNY.鈥

The heightened demand underscores 星空传媒鈥檚 reputation for academic excellence, innovative programs, and a student-centered approach. As more students seek a dynamic and supportive learning environment, 星空传媒 continues to stand out as a leader in preparing graduates for success.
